Event Ticket Terms and Refund Policy

1. Event

These terms apply to tickets for the MomDeva App Grand Opening and Women Empowerment Expo and Conference scheduled for Saturday, November 14, 2026 at Hilton Los Angeles North/Glendale, 100 W. Glenoaks Boulevard, Glendale, California 91202.

2. Ticket levels

The public ticket is the $125 MomDeva Grand Opening Experience. It includes admission to the official app grand opening, the Women Empowerment Expo and Conference, the full public program, expo access, networking opportunities, an event meal, gift benefits, photo experiences, and special surprises described on the official event page. Community Leadership Guest Access and VIP access are managed privately by official invitation and are not public ticket levels.

3. Program changes

Speakers, sessions, exhibitors, meals, gifts, seating areas, classes, networking activities, entertainment, and program times may change. MomDeva may provide a reasonably comparable substitute when a particular element becomes unavailable.

4. Standard refund period

A purchaser may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchase, provided the request is submitted no later than October 14, 2026. After October 14, 2026, tickets are non-refundable except as stated below or required by law.

5. Cancellation or postponement

If MomDeva cancels the event and does not offer a rescheduled date, ticket purchasers will receive a refund of the ticket price paid. If the event is postponed, tickets will ordinarily remain valid for the rescheduled date, and MomDeva will announce any available refund window.

6. Material changes

If MomDeva materially changes the date, venue city, or essential character of the event, affected purchasers will be informed of the available options, which may include transfer, credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

7. Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another eligible attendee before the transfer deadline announced by MomDeva. Resale above face value, unauthorized commercial resale, counterfeiting, duplication, or fraudulent transfer is prohibited.

8. Admission and conduct

Attendees must follow venue rules, safety instructions, event policies, and applicable law. MomDeva or the venue may refuse or remove a person for threats, harassment, violence, fraud, material disruption, intoxication, unsafe conduct, or other serious violations. A refund may be denied when removal results from the attendee’s conduct.

9. Dining, accessibility, and special needs

The $125 public ticket includes the event meal. Menu details and dietary-request procedures will be announced when finalized. Dietary requests cannot be guaranteed but should be submitted as early as possible. Reasonable accessibility requests should be sent to admin@momdeva.com as early as possible.

10. Photography and recording

The event may be photographed, filmed, recorded, or streamed. Prominent notice and any legally required consent process should be provided at registration and the venue. Separate written authorization is required for uses that legally require it.

11. Exhibitor and sponsor purchases

Business showcase, advertising, exhibitor, and sponsorship purchases are governed by separate written agreements and are not governed solely by these visitor-ticket refund terms.

12. How to request assistance or a refund

Email admin@momdeva.com with the purchaser’s name, payment email, ticket level, purchase date, and receipt or transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
